The Bluegrass Trust is holding a community meeting on October 14, 2026 from 5:30-7:00pm at Kentucky Native Cafe to discuss the UP Campus Student Living project that’s seeking to re-zone portions of Stone Ave, East High, and Hagerman. At this meeting, they will discuss their strategy for opposing this zone change and will have advice on how you can deliver public comments to the Planning Commission, which you can email at [email protected]. The project number is PLN-MAR-26-00019.
Remember, the Planning Commission will consider this zone change during their October 22, 2026 meeting.
